Quizrow supports PDF, Word (.docx), and plain text (.txt) files. You can upload up to 20 MB per file. Multiple files per quiz are supported, and Quizrow will combine all content before generating questions.
Quizrow generates 10 questions per generation. The mix is roughly 7 multiple choice and 3 open-ended questions. You can generate multiple times to get more questions, and delete or edit any of them afterwards.
Yes, fully. After generating you can edit every question text, change answer options, mark the correct answer, reorder questions by dragging, and delete any question you do not need.
Once your quiz is published, go to the quiz page and click Embed. You will get a single line of HTML to paste into any website. The quiz renders inside an iframe, fully styled and mobile-ready.
Yes. You can create an account and start making quizzes for free. There are no credit card requirements to get started.
You can set a time limit in minutes when editing a quiz. Participants see a countdown timer in the top right corner. When the timer reaches zero, the quiz is submitted automatically. The timer turns red in the final minute.
No. Once a participant submits a quiz, their session is marked as complete and they will see an "Already submitted" screen if they try to open the quiz again. This applies to both the direct link and the embedded version.
Open the quiz from your dashboard and click Results. You will see a table of all submissions with participant names, scores, and dates. Click any row to see that person's individual answers. You can also grade open-ended answers from the detail view.
Document content is extracted and stored temporarily until you generate questions. Once you click Generate, the text is sent to the AI and then permanently deleted from our database. Only the extracted questions and participant responses are stored long-term.
Yes. On the results page there is an Export CSV button. The file includes participant names, scores, percentages, dates, and every individual answer for each question.
